Chelsea and I have always had a strong desire to assist people in health through our involvement in the medical field. Three years ago, our eyes were opened to the fact that we were super out of balance, running 100 different directions between school, work, family and other responsibilities and it was our kids who were ultimately suffering the consequences. With our health and energy out of whack, it hurt me to tell my children, No, daddy is too tired or too busy to play right now.? We watched as my 60 year-old mother completely transform before our eyes. Dropping 65 pounds of fat, she had a renewed energy to play with our kids, go on hikes and live life full out! My mom introduced us to her health coach and the Take Shape For Life (TSFL) Community. We were immediately welcomed with open arms. Combined, Chelsea and I dropped about 60 pounds of baby weight? with the TSFL Optimal Health Program. Most important, WE ARE NOW FULL-TIME, FULLY ACTIVE AND FULLY INVOLVED PARENTS!
